Located on the entire first floor - priced from $175 per night- the GrandVue Family Suite, overlooks the town-site of York and contains two bedrooms (queen bed in one room and two twin singles in the other) family bathroom/laundry combo, separate toilet, dining/lounge room, basic kitchenette area and private secure entrance. Complete with a massive 70 inch television, DVD player, and access to free DVD movies, the addition of electric windows shutters and Evaporative air-conditioning throughout the suite ensures complete privacy whilst overlooking some of the most spectacular WA sunsets. Rates are for 2 persons (in one room). Additional Adults $40 per person,Children 5 years of age and over $15. The Suite caters for total of up to 4 adults and up to 3 children over 5 years of age, but the combination cannot exceed a total of 4 persons. (infants are not counted in total count)

The Romance SUNSET Suite (CHILD AND PET FRIENDLY)

The Romance Sunset Suite (from $175 per night) is our Paris inspired spacious King bedded room overlooking the town site of historic York. With lots of room to move and decorated with white and cream hues, this King Suite is complete with a basic self contained kitchenette, and sparkling clean en-suite. The Romance Sunset Suite also offers individually controlled reverse cycle Daiken air-conditioning, electric roller shutters, separate guest entrance with own outdoor small seating area, 32” flat screen digital TV and DVD player. The super large king bed can also be separated into two king single beds. Rates are for two adults, room caters for a maximum of 2 adults or 2 adults and up to one child (sharing the same bed).

The solo garden room

The Solo Garden View room is our latest opening and offers private, ensuite accommodation for our solo voyagers without the addition of a single suppliment. Dont be fooled by the size or the price this room. At $110 per night, this well-appointed room comes complete with a king single bed, TV/DVD combo, reverse cycled air-condioner, tea/coffee making provisions, small table and dining chair and a comfortable lounge chair to rest or recharge the body, this room offers outstanding value for a single or solo budget concious or business traveller. Complete with a personal safe and electric roller shutters, this room offers total security and easy access to all facilities.
 

GARDEN COURTYARD ROOM(PET FRIENDLY)

Situated overlooking the side of our property, The Garden Courtyard (Queen) Room (from $150 per night) is a deluxe, private, queen bedded room with French inspired furnishings.  Simply styled in striking black, white and grey tones, with gorgeous original York artwork depicting local historic buildings As the name suggests, the Garden Courtyard Room has its own private lockable courtyard area providing a private and secure separate entrance to the room. A small dining table and two chairs with matching footstools enables you to spend some quite time together or alternatively indulge in the fresh fresh breakfast provisions provided to your room, comfortably seated in the outdoor garden courtyard. Complimentary WIFI available.  Rates are for 2 people. The room caters for a maximum of 2 adults and a maximum of one child but cannot exceed two guests in total.

Cuddle and bubble package

You supply the cuddles and we will supply the bubbles. Overnight accommodation in our relaxing Romance Suite with private entry. A bottle of Bubbly, Red or White wine Chocolates and Complimentary cooked breakfast for two delivered to your room is included. Finish it off with a late lazy checkout of 12noon and you have the perfect midweek or weekend escape.

SUNDOWNER PACKAGE

Watch one of our glorious sunsets in the comfort of the Romance/Sunset Suite or upstairs in our Grand Vue Suite or alternatively ask us for a picnic basket and head to the top of Mount Brown. We provide the bottle of white, red or bubbly and a fruit and cheese platter for two to share. Hopefully mother nature turns on one of her spectacular sunsets for you to enjoy. Complimentary cooked breakfast delivered to your room is also included

In the unfortunate event that you are required to CANCEL the booking, the following penalties apply:
 

After 24 hours following final reservation confirmation, Cancellation fee is 10% of the accommodation total up to and including 8 days before check in date. Within 7 days, 100% of the first night’s accommodation per room will be charged. (Except in the event that the room is able to be re-sold whereby a charge of $30 per room will be charged)
Less than 7 days  prior to check in date and “no show” will incur the full charge of the reservation. (Except in the event that the room is able to be re-sold whereby a charge of $50 per room will be applied).
A valid credit card number must be provided to confirm the booking.  The balance of accommodation cost is not due until check in. We make every effort to ensure the property is available as booked.  However we reserve the right to make alterations to bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
 
All rooms at The Grandhouse York are non-smoking.  There is an outdoor paved area where ashtrays are provided.
